Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Benefits Technology Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role supports clients by implementing and expanding benefits administration and HRIS technology systems, with a focus on Employee Navigator.

You will train teams, demonstrate capabilities, and ensure scalable processes across locations. The role requires 3–5 years in employee benefits, a state Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 120 days, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Client facing experience in employee benefits is required.
• Must have State Life & Health License or the ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand HUB's internal capabilities in benefits administration and HRIS technology systems for clients.
• Lead implementation and renewal processes with accuracy and scalability.
• Demo Employee Navigator to clients and prospects; train users and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams on benefits and integrations; support ACA reporting.
