Job summary

HUB International in Austin, Texas is seeking an Account Manager/Representative to develop and manage benefits administration implementations using Employee Navigator. You will train clients and internal teams, ensure accurate data and scalable processes, and support sales and service efforts with voluntary benefits.

The role requires 3–5 years in employee benefits, a Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 120 days, and strong client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in the employee benefits arena with client facing exposure.
• License in Life & Health or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation and renewal processes for client jobs.
• Demonstrate and train users on Employee Navigator with clients and prospects.
• Coordinate ACA reporting and carrier/vendor EDI integrations.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to expand voluntary benefits.
