Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for Employee Benefits to support clients with day-to-day program oversight, renewal management, and carrier coordination. You will work with producers and HUB colleagues to ensure excellent client service and effective benefit administration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in benefits brokerage, an active Life & Health license, and strong communication skills. A degree is preferred; college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of benefit insurance experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent
• Active Life & Health License
• Strong communication and client-service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process.
• Collaborate with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal activities.
• Understand clients’ business and insurance objectives to assess plan suitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers; act as liaison for service issues.
• Prepare open enrollment materials, renewal packages, and benefit descriptions.
• Assist with billing issues, audits, and reconciliations.
• Support implementation of new and renewal plans; lead presentations as needed.
