Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking an Account Manager/Representative in the employee benefits arena. You will manage benefits implementation, renewals, and client relationships, while driving enrollment improvements and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of client-facing experience, a State Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 120 days), and strong communication skills. Hybrid in-office work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in account management or account representative in employee benefits.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Must have State Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Employee Navigator, its capabilities and direction.
• Develop and maintain implementation/renewal processes for consistent execution and scalable services.
• Demo Employee Navigator to clients and prospects; train employers and service teams.
• Assist in selling and implementing voluntary benefits; support ACA reporting.
• Coordinate carrier/vendor EDI connections with payroll providers; train internal staff.
