Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team in the Small Group Employee Benefits area. You will manage a book of business, consult on plan designs, handle renewals, and coordinate vendor selections while leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic client relationships, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with internal partners to ensure retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
• Hold applicable Health and Life Insurance state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related role and a current license for over 1 year.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.
• Experience in remarking clients across multiple carriers, delivering client proposals and providing consultation regarding solutions available.
• Ability to account round and cross sell products to broaden the total client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions to clients.
• Coordinate annual enrollment support and renewals.
• Maintain data in Agency Management System and related software.
• Drive client adoption of self-service tools and enrollment capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and cross-sell opportunities.
