Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing Small Group Employee Benefits practice. This role focuses on strategic consultation, relationship management, and leveraging technology to serve clients with their benefits programs.

You will manage client relationships, negotiate renewals, and coordinate vendor and carrier selections, while identifying cross-sell opportunities across our digital benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Health and Life Insurance state license required.
• Minimum 2 years in account management with an active license.
• Proven experience in client retention and relationship management.
• Experience in presenting proposals across multiple carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and long-term relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions.
• Coordinate enrollment support and renewal negotiations.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance, and partners.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and drive client adoption of digital tools.
