Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to support a portfolio of employee benefits clients. You will develop benefit strategies, guide plan selections, and coordinate with carriers to optimize coverage and costs.

The role requires strong relationship management, expert knowledge of health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, and active involvement in compliance aspects and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (equitable experience).
• 5+ years’ experience servicing employee benefit clients in the small and large group segment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• L&H license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings to review benefit programs and discuss improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and services.
• Oversee implementation of new plans and ensure smooth transition for employees.
