Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• Health and Life Insurance state license required.
• Minimum 2 years in account management or related role with current license for over 1 year.
• Experience managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and foster long‑lasting relationships for assigned book of business.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data‑driven solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate client activity data in agency management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client experience.
• Drive retention and growth targets through proactive engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives to strengthen digital strategy and client value.
