Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on strategic consultation, relationship management, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional client service for Small Group Employee Benefits.

The role involves consulting on plan designs, renewal negotiations, and vendor selections, with an emphasis on driving retention and growth for a diverse client base. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Hold applicable Health and Life Insurance state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or related role and current license for over 1 year.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.
• Experience remarking clients across multiple carriers and delivering client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and renewals.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate data in agency management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional partners.
• Drive retention and growth through proactive engagement and cross-selling.

Education
