Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks an Account Manager to service client accounts, develop coverage strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and proactive client communication.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in employee benefits, an active Health & Life license, and proficiency with Applied Systems/EPIC, Word, Outlook, and Excel. CPCU is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• CPCU or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including transactions such as quotes, policies, endorsements, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in the agency management system (Applied Systems/EPIC).
• Document all activities in the agency management system (Applied Systems/EPIC).
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies for mutual clients.
