Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our Small Group Employee Benefits team. This role focuses on strategic consultation, relationship management, and leveraging technology to deliver client value.

You will handle plan designs, enrollment cycles, renewals, and vendor selections for small business and personal insurance needs. The position emphasizes data-driven strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and growth through client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Health and Life Insurance state license required/held.
• Minimum of 2 years in account management or related role with current license for >1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions to clients.
• Coordinate renewal negotiations and carrier selections; cross-sell digital services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client adoption of self-service tools.
• Maintain accurate client activity data in management systems.
