Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead all aspects of open enrollment for our clients and their worksite employees. You will manage a team of open enrollment specialists and serve as the escalation point for service and technical challenges.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 6–10 years of group benefit experience in the PEO sector preferred.
• Experience leading enrollment projects and teams.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and manage client relations.

• Serve as primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate renewal preparation with underwriting, operations and client relations.
