Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead a team of specialists and manage end‑to‑end open enrollment for client sites. You will coordinate with underwriting, operations, and client relations to ensure accurate data, timely renewals, and regulatory compliance.

You will educate clients on benefit offerings and assist employees in choosing plans, while using HRIS systems to validate data and produce reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with extensive group benefits experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in benefits administration and renewals.
• Strong knowledge of open enrollment processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead and support a team of open enrollment specialists.
• Validate benefit plans for accuracy and perform data quality checks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely renewals with clients.
• Educate clients on benefit options and products; assist employees with decisions.
• Review reports to monitor progress of open enrollment and data accuracy.
