Vensure Employer Solutions in Georgia is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to oversee all aspects of client open enrollment and lead a team of specialists. You will ensure benefits data accuracy, maintain regulatory compliance, and present renewals to clients while coordinating with carriers and vendors to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 6–10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry and demonstrate strong leadership and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 6–10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience leading open enrollment projects and client interactions.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and manage escalations.
• Validate benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate options to employees.
• Present renewals to clients and coordinate with carriers and vendors.
• Review enrollment data and generate progress reports.
