Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead open enrollment for clients and their work site employees. You will supervise specialists, ensure data accuracy, and guide clients through plan options and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in group benefits, HRIS, and project leadership, with experience in a client-facing role within a PE0 environment. This is a full-time position based in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required, 6–10 years in group benefits preferred.
• Experience managing open enrollment projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and handle escalations.
• Validate benefit plans for accuracy and perform data quality checks.
• Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Present renewals to clients with minimal oversight.
• Educate clients on benefit offerings and products.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors on plan specifics.
• Advise employees on options and complex decisions.
• Review reports to track open enrollment progress and HRIS data.
