Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefits Pro to deliver concierge-style guidance across health, welfare, and retirement programs for our members in the United States. You will own end-to-end processes, from enrollment to resolution, leveraging Care Management platforms and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Broad-based knowledge of benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn and operate computer systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and eligibility to provide personalized benefit recommendations.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members on health and retirement programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and voluntary plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for new hires and life events.
• Gather information to understand member health concerns and care objectives.
• Guide members through healthcare and benefits navigation and provider selection.
• Support claims, billing review, and appeals coordination when needed.
• Deliver proactive outreach and regular status updates to members throughout their journey.
• Maintain ownership of cases and document outcomes through closure.
