Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a Benefit Pro to deliver end-to-end benefits guidance and enrollment support for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary plans. You will analyze member needs, educate on options, assist enrollment, and coordinate with carriers, providers, and internal Alight teams.

This remote-friendly role requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and 3+ years in health insurance or benefits roles, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad-based knowledge of benefits administration and plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs, eligibility, utilization, and life events for personalized recommendations.
• Communicate complex benefits information clearly to educate members on options.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update and maintain benefit elections and records in applicable systems.
• Gather information to understand member needs, enabling guidance and resolution.
• Guide members through healthcare and benefits ecosystem and resources.
• Coordinate across carriers, providers, retirement specialists, vendors, and internal teams.
• Engage members during key life events and benefits transitions proactively.
• Identify barriers, ensure progress, and document outcomes through case closure.
