Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Program Delivery Lead to guide analytics and operations for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program within the PCO. The role partners with the National BH Strategy and Operations Director and the Tandem Care Medical Director to shape future-state strategy and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including in health-related product, IT, analytics.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., between clinical leadership and product development).
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and defining product feature specifications.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; integrator across stakeholders.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and data integrations.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders to implement and drive adoption.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis.
