Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work or a related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, with value-based care or behavioral health context.
• Experience translating across clinical leadership and product development teams.
• Proven ability to design metrics, dashboards, and perform quality checks.
• Strong collaboration, EQ, and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics related to program performance, including access, quality, cost, budgets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance.
• Communicate impact and performance to market leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with EMR/product teams to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
