ABA Centers of Connecticut in North Canaan, CT, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Start rates for BT are $22.25/hr with potential for RBT progression and paid training. Availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM is required.

Referral bonuses are offered for RBTs and BCBA candidates. The role focuses on direct client support, data collection, and collaboration with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics or community settings.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
