Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy across Stamford, Danbury, Bridgeport, Trumbull, and New Milford. The role requires Monday–Friday availability from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with training and career advancement opportunities through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Starting BT pay is $22.25 per hour, with RBT pathways and bonuses available; referrals offer up to $5,000 for BCBA and $500 for RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; track progress and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
