Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time work in North Canaan, CT. Training and mentorship are provided, with a clear path to RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Starting pay is $22.25 per hour for BT and $24.60 per hour for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
