Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs, with higher rates for RBTs. Availability includes Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and occasional Saturdays.

Final compensation depends on experience and education. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a structured path for advancement to RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy for session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
