Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Stamford and surrounding CT areas to provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, and community settings. Roles include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are offered, with ABA Academy of Excellence to help prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
