Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) across Stamford, Danbury, Bridgeport, Trumbull, and New Milford, CT. RBT: $24.60/hr; BT: $22.25/hr; final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam. Referral bonuses: $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
