Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients in North Canaan, CT. The role requires visiting homes, schools, and clinics with afternoon/evening hours; paid training and mentorship are provided, and advancement paths exist toward BCBA certification.

Starting pay ranges from $22.25–$24.60 per hour depending on role and experience. Referral bonuses of $500 for RBTs and $5,000 for BCBA available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
