Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in the Hartford area. The role requires alignment with client needs, supervisory oversight by BCBA, and accurate data collection.

Training and mentorship are offered to support certification and career growth. Starting pay ranges reflect BT and RBT levels with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
