Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families in various settings.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, pass CARD training with exam and field evaluation, and ideally have experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment in 1:1 or small-group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record data with accuracy and high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback in each session to ensure quality care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct across settings.
