Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Positions offer growth opportunities, training, and flexible part‑time schedules across settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be willing to complete CARD training with evaluation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures; uphold professional ethics
• Be flexible with work locations including center, home, school, or telehealth
