Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA protocols under supervision across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You'll work with patients and families to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction in a flexible, mission-driven environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and CARD coursework; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred.
• Must pass CARD training program with written exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under Clinical Supervisor guidance.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Adhere to CARD clinical quality standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and communicate with families and colleagues.
• Move between settings (center, home, school) to deliver treatment as needed.
