Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, data-driven practice, and strong team collaboration. CARD offers training, career growth, and paid BCAT certification in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct across settings.
