Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth. The position involves working under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, pass CARD’s training program, and may have ASD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment in 1:1 or group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
