The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under a Clinical Supervisor. Work may occur at CARD centers, in patients’ homes, schools, or via telehealth, with a flexible part-time schedule across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans 1:1 or in small groups.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and follow supervisor feedback.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
