Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. You will work in 1:1 or small group settings across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth environments, contributing to skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
