Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. Treatments may occur at CARD centers, in patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, with data collection and progress tracking across settings.

Qualified candidates typically hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and will complete CARD's training program, with opportunities to grow across multiple settings and

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group treatment to patients under Clinical Supervisor
• Deliver treatment that adheres to CARD quality standards

• Follow supervisor feedback during each session
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct
• Contribute to a safe, supportive treatment environment
