Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. You may work in CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, with guidance from a Clinical Supervisor.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and pass CARD’s Training program, with ASD experience preferred. The role offers part-time schedules, opportunities to advance, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while providing direct treatment to patients.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at multiple CARD locations (center, patient home, etc.).
• English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Incorporate feedback from Clinical Supervisors into sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support clients and families with empathy and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.
