Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under Clinical Supervisor guidance. Roles may occur at CARD centers, in patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

We value empathy, communication, confidentiality, and teamwork. A High School Diploma is required, and CARD training with a written exam and field evaluation is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record and review patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
