Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy across diverse settings, including centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. This role offers part-time flexibility and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, pass CARD’s technician training, and show a compassionate approach with experience or interest in ASD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
