As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission by providing high-quality ABA services to our clients.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Direct implementation of behavioral treatment plans in home and community settings

• Collection and recording of data to measure client progress and treatment effectiveness

• Collaboration with team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

• Assisting in the development of behavior plans and developing strategies for implementing them

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field preferred
