Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician ABA to work with a dynamic team delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement personalized treatment plans, collect and review client data, support families, and promote independence in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 0 years of experience; training in ABA therapy preferred.

Behavior Technician ABA

As a Behavior Technician ABA at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for providing compassionate and effective ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our in-home and community-based services focus on helping each individual discover their unique potential and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician ABA, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to address client needs
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Providing support to clients and families to promote independence and self-advocacy

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, etc.) preferred
• 0 years of experience; training or certification in ABA therapy preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
