Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD and related conditions
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behavioral change
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
