Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a Behavior Tech to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy, helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.

You will work one-on-one with clients in their natural environments, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to adapt treatment plans while maintaining accurate records. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing training to grow in the field.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. psychology, special education, behavioral sciences).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in ABA.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with accurate records.

  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress, and use this information to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Implement behavioral skills training and other evidence-based interventions to help clients develop social, communication, and adaptive skills
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment activities
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Education
