As a Behavior Technician at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans to support individuals with ASD in achieving their goals
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment sessions and progress
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and coordination of care
