We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Lawrence, MA. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
• Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
• Assist with training and supervision of new Behavior Technicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client data and progress
