Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team. You will work closely with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and families to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

As a Per Diem employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at varying locations throughout our service area, with support from a multidisciplinary team and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions to address client behaviors and goals
• Collect and record data to measure progress and monitor client responses to interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data, progress, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
• Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills and behaviors
