Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a Talented Behavior Technician to join our in-home and community-based therapy team in the South Easton, MA area. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, collecting progress data, and supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to promote independence.

No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementation of individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Collect and record data on client progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop behavioral plans and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, data collection, and treatment plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, promoting independence.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to ensure ongoing professional development.

Talented Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Talented Behavior Technician to join our team at New Patterns ABA - MA in South Easton, MA. As a leader in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, we are committed to empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Talented Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. You will work closely with our experienced team of clinicians to design and implement individualized treatment plans, collecting data and providing support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based ABA practices to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors
  • Collect and record data on client progress, providing valuable insights to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behavioral plans, addressing client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development and best practices
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, with willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (due to the in-home and community-based nature of our services)
