Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and staff training.
  • Other duties as assigned by the BCBA or Program Director.

Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of supporting every voice.


About the Role:


As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help individuals develop essential life skills, increase independence, and promote social and emotional growth. Your work will be guided by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and will involve:



  • Implementing individualized ABA programs in home and community settings


  • Collecting and recording data to track program effectiveness


  • Collaborating with BCBA's to develop and refine therapy plans


  • Assisting with planning and preparation for therapy sessions


  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
