New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Tech to join our team in Barnstable, MA. You will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, focusing on skill-building and independence.

As a per diem role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and engage families to support ongoing progress in various settings such as homes, schools, and community centers.

• Collect and record data to track client progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting treatment plans accordingly

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, services provided, and progress

Requirements

• 0 years of experience as a Behavior Tech, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred

Work Environment
