About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Technician (BT) to join our team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other treatment team members to design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. As a BT, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies based on individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and observations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other treatment team members to design and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and training to clients, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules
Requirements:
