Job summary

INTERCARE Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism in classrooms during the 2026/2027 school year. No ABA experience required as paid training is provided, with 1:1 ABA support and collaboration with families and teachers.

The role is part-time with school-day hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM in Massachusetts. A $500 sign-on bonus, competitive starting pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered to help you grow and develop professionally in a supportive

• Currently enrolled in college or completed college courses welcome.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation starting at $24.00
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
